The assistance you rendered in the design and layout of our forms and the subsequent quality printing of same have resulted in a finished product which not only facilitates completion, but also renders them readily comprehensible to individuals observing them for the first time. As you are aware, these forms constitute, in a large part, documentation to be sent to our passengers and it is imperative that the information contained in these forms be digested and acted upon by our passengers to reduce the expense to RCI of unnecessary telephone calls on our Wats lines and to minimize the expense and inconvenience to the passenger of not arriving when and where they should for their flights.
